Laser therapy is utilised in the management of chronic and acute conditions including: wound healing, inflammation, tissue oedema and to minimise and reduce muscle spasms and pain.
Laser is dosed into the body in a measurement referred to as joules (j) which is energy. The system utilised by Canine Physio enables the therapist to dose each treatment area accurately, by holding the treatment head in one treatment area at a time whilst the required dose of light is administered to the body. There is NO risk of burn or other thermal injuries.
Canine Physio utilises current research to remain abreast of changes in dosage requirements for a wide range of medical conditions across a variety of species.
